Default Fragility Question

If I hit someone who is already suffering from Bleeding with Sever Artery, will Fragility trigger

A) Zero times.
B) Once because they are suffering a new bleeding again
C) Twice because they are "recovering" from the old bleeding and suffering the new bleeding

it will not trigger. if they were already bleeding and you inflict bleeding again, all it does is reset the timer -- they did not gain or lose a condition.

I think the answer is

D. Once when they recover from the condition.

K, I will reprase it then.

A - but his is missleading alittle because it still triggers on the recovery of said condition

Zedicus is correct- since the target is already bleeding, they will not take any damage from fragility if you hit them with Sever Artery. You need to inflict a new condition that they aren't already suffering from in order to trigger fragility- though some skills such as Crystal Wave can be used to "cure" them of thier conditions so you can re-inflict them.
